Yeah. I love God, but I’m quick to forget God.
I’m quick to forget to do the things that please God.
It may not be something obvious, but the little things.
Can I share my life journey with others? Can I reveal the path of Christ to them? Can I support others by carrying their burdens? Can I pray, supplicate, and preach about the redemptive Savior? Can I help somebody as I walk through life?
Can I help someone find Christ?
Can I help someone find mercy?
Then my living shall not be in vain.
Can I carry others as I journey on,
Just as Christ bore the cross alone?
Through joy and pain, can I still show
The love He gave so long ago?

Can I guide a soul to the Savior’s grace,
Help them find mercy in His embrace?
Can I speak of the blood He shed,
And the hope that rose when He conquered the dead?
Can I help someone find Christ today?
Point them gently to the narrow way?
Then my living will not be in vain—
If one lost soul calls on His name.
Can I bear another’s pain in prayer,
Lift their burden with tender care?
Can I serve, can I teach, can I preach the Lamb,
Who died and rose—the great “I AM”?
Can I walk in love, in truth, in light,
Reflecting Jesus both day and night?
And as I walk this path He made,
Can I help someone not be afraid?
We are called to shine His light alone,
To lead the wandering safely home.
